Conditions générales d’inscription

Registration : Your individual registration will be taken into account by the institute upon receipt of the completed order form. Registrations will be taken into account in order of arrival.

If the maximum number of students in a course is exceeded, a waiting list will be established. You will then be informed as soon as possible if a place is available. If not, with your agreement, your registration will be postponed to the next session or your deposit will be returned to you. Registration for an activity at the Institute implies adherence to the internal regulations.

Prices : Please note that our prices apply either to individuals and self-employed persons or to companies. In the latter case, your registration must clearly mention, in addition to your own, the company’s contact details, invoicing information and the signature of a person authorised to commit the company.
If required by the company, an internal order number.
For private individuals, instalment payments are possible on request for an administration and management fee.

Payments – Training :
Payments are to be made to the account of the International Institute of Research & Human Development:

Cancellation : The institute reserves the right to cancel a course in case of an insufficient number of participants or in case of technical problems. In this case, the deposit paid will be reimbursed or postponed to another session with the agreement of the participant. In the case of a cancellation by the participant notified in writing, 90% reimbursement of the amount of the course (with a minimum of €100 administrative fee) for cancellations made at least 60 days before the course. 50% refund for cancellations made between 59 days and 30 days before the starting module. No refunds will be given after this date, all modules for which the participant has registered are due. No certification will be issued until full payment has been received for the course for which the participant has registered.

For all promotional offers : (Early Bird, VIP, DUO, Youth, Family, Flash Sales, etc.) no refunds will be given, these offers are reserved only for individuals within the limits of available places. After sending the signed registration form, the participant agrees to pay the full amount for which he/she has subscribed to a promotional offer.

Training courses : Practical information about the location, start and end times, and catering facilities will be sent to you with the invitation letter before the start of the courses.

Rules and regulations of the Institute :

• These rules apply to all participants for the duration of the course.
• The prevention of accidents and illnesses is imperative and requires everyone to comply fully with all applicable health and safety regulations.
• The International Institute of Human Research & Development declines all responsibility for the disappearance of personal belongings, theft and accidents occurring during the course.
• The International Institute for Research & Human Development respects and applies the ethical code of the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and the European Coaching Association (ECA). Participants enrolling in our training courses are asked to respect the confidentiality of the discussions they will have in the context of coaching exercises with other participants.

Dispute resolution :
Any dispute relating to any of the operations covered by the GTC shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg. All clauses in these GTC and all sales transactions referred to herein are subject exclusively to Luxembourg law.

The registration fees are eligible for state co-financing as provided for in the legislation on continuing professional training.
The International Institute for Human Research & Development is approved as a professional training organisation under number 122843.

Inscription : Votre inscription individuelle est prise en compte par l’institut dès réception du bon de commande dûment complété. Les inscriptions seront prises en compte par ordre d’arrivée.

En cas de dépassement de l’effectif maximum dans une formation, une liste d’attente est établie. Vous êtes alors informé(e) dans les plus brefs délais d’une place disponible. Dans le cas contraire, avec votre accord, votre inscription est reportée sur la prochaine session ou vos arrhes vous sont restituées. L’inscription à une activité de l’institut implique l’adhésion au règlement intérieur.

Prix : Nous attirons l’attention sur le fait que nos tarifs s’appliquent selon le cas soit aux Particuliers et Indépendants, soit aux Entreprises. Dans ce dernier cas, votre inscription doit mentionner clairement, en plus des vôtres, les coordonnées de l’entreprise, les informations relatives à la facturation ainsi que la signature d’une personne autorisée à engager l’entreprise.
Selon le cas, si la société l’exige un numéro de commande interne.
Pour le particulier, des paiements échelonnés sont possibles sur demande moyennant des frais administratifs et de gestion.

Paiements – Formation :
Les règlements se font sur le compte de l’Institut International de Recherche & Développement Humain :

Annulation : L’institut se réserve le droit d’annuler un stage en cas d’un nombre jugé insuffisant de participants ou en cas de problèmes techniques. Dès lors les arrhes versées seraient remboursées ou reportées sur une autre session avec l’accord du participant. Dans le cas d’une annulation par le participant notifiée par écrit, 90% de remboursement du montant de la formation (avec un minimum de 100 € de frais administratifs) pour les annulations effectuées au moins 60 jours avant la formation. 50% de remboursement pour des annulations effectuées de 59 jours à 30 jours avant le module de départ. Aucun remboursement ne sera accordé après cette date, la totalité des modules pour lesquels le participant s’est inscrit, sont dûs. Aucune certification ne sera délivrée avant le paiement intégral de la formation pour laquelle le participant s’est inscrit.

Pour toutes les offres promotionnelles : (Early Bird, VIP, DUO, Jeunes, Family, Ventes Flash, etc …) aucun remboursement ne sera accordé, ces offres sont réservées uniquement aux particuliers dans la limite des places disponibles. Après avoir envoyé son bulletin d’inscription signé, le participant s’engage à régler la totalité du montant pour lequel il a souscrit à une offre promotionnelle.

Formations : Les informations pratiques concernant le lieu, les heures de début et de fin d’activité, les possibilités de restauration vous parviendront avec la lettre de convocation avant le début des formations.

Règlement intérieur de l’institut :

• Le présent règlement s’applique à tous les participants, et ce, pour toute la durée de la formation suivie.
• La prévention des risques d’accidents et de maladies est impérative et exige de chacun le respect total de toutes les prescriptions applicables en matières d’hygiène et de sécurité.
• L’Institut International de Recherche & Développement Humain décline toute responsabilité en cas de disparition d’objets personnels, de vols et d’accidents survenant durant la formation.
• L’Institut International de Recherche & Développement Humain respecte et applique le code éthique de la Fédération Internationale de Coaching (ICF) et de l’Association Européenne de Coaching (ECA). Les participants s’inscrivant à nos formations sont invités à respecter la confidentialité des entretiens qu’ils/elles auront dans le cadre d’exercices de coaching avec d’autres participants.

Règlement des litiges :
Tout différend relatif à toutes opérations visées par les CGV sera soumis à la seule compétence exclusive des tribunaux du Grand Duché de Luxembourg. Toutes les clauses figurant dans les présentes CGV ainsi que toutes les opérations de ventes qui y sont visées sont soumises exclusivement au droit Luxembourgeois.

Les Frais d’inscription sont éligibles au cofinancement de l’État prévu par la législation en matière de formation professionnelle continue.
