ICF Coaching Level 3 is not “more tools.”
It is more depth: sharper presence, higher ethical clarity, and the ability to create transformation without force.

The IIRHD, ICF Coaching Level 3, training is designed for ICF Coaching Level 2 – certified coaches who want to prepare for ICF Coaching Level 3 certification and embody master-level coaching – human, inclusive, emotionally intelligent, and rigorously grounded, aligned with the 8 ICF core coaching competencies.

This pathway develops with Heart and Science what the ICF Coaching Level 3 demands most: awareness, precision, and maturity.


Who this training is for

  • ICF Coaching Level 2 – certified coaches preparing for ICF Coaching Level 3
  • senior internal coaches in HR or leadership development
  • experienced executive coaches seeking master-level consistency

What you will learn

This training strengthens advanced capabilities essential for ICF Coaching Level 3 practice:
