Stop asking “What job should I do?” Start asking “What life am I building?”

Most career anxiety comes from one recurring question:
Am I in the right professional place?

Not “Can I perform?”
But: Does this role fit who I am becoming?

The IIRHD Talent & Career Management training is designed to help individuals and HR teams bring clarity to career direction through structured self-knowledge: values, talents, behaviour patterns, leadership style, and meaning.

This is not career advice.
It is career maturity – with free association methodology.

Who this training is for

This program is designed for:

  • professionals at a career crossroads (promotion, transition, burnout recovery, reinvention)
  • high-potential talent and future leaders
  • managers and executives questioning fit, impact, or purpose
  • HR teams building talent development, internal mobility, and retention strategies

If you want a “perfect job” promise, this is not for you.
If you want clarity and choice, you belong here.

The questions we work with

This training helps you answer, with precision:

  • Does the work I do reflect the image I want to embody?
  • Does it align with my values – daily, not in theory?
  • Does it reveal my talent or drain it?
  • What is my management style, and what does it cost others?
  • What meaning do I want to give to my professional life?

How we work

Heart + Science + Application.

You will work on four pillars of alignment:

1) Psychological dimension (self-knowledge)

  • intrinsic motivation and its impact on behaviour
  • strengths, blind spots, and stress patterns
  • values clarity and inner decision criteria

2) Sociological dimension (system and image)

  • how the system shapes behaviour (culture, norms, roles)
  • how image and behaviour influence opportunities and relationships
  • the feedback loop between identity and environment

3) Economic dimension (work and value creation)

  • human development as a performance and retention lever
  • how talent alignment impacts engagement, productivity, and mobility
  • decision-making that respects both meaning and viability

4) Application (career decisions)

  • define a realistic direction and a plan
  • make choices you can explain, not just feel
  • communicate your professional identity with clarity

Outcomes

After this training, participants typically gain:

  • clearer career direction and stronger decision confidence
  • improved alignment between values, talent, and role
  • better leadership and management self-awareness
  • a more coherent professional narrative (inside and outside the company)
  • reduced “drift” and more intentional career moves
