Calm emotions. Release blocks. Strengthen inner resources.
Emotions can block action, clarity and confidence.
They can also become a gateway to change when they are approached with the right method.
The IIRHD EFT & Coaching Training introduces participants to the foundations of Energy Psychology and the practical use of EFT in coaching.
Participants learn how EFT works, how to use tapping points, how to identify emotional blocks and how to support clients in simple situations with a clear, active and structured approach.
This training is not about replacing coaching with a technique.
It is about adding a practical tool to help calm emotions, reduce stress and reinforce the client’s own resources.
