The IIRHD, ICF Coaching Level 3, training is designed for ICF Coaching Level 2 – certified coaches who want to prepare for ICF Coaching Level 3 certification and embody master-level coaching – human, inclusive, emotionally intelligent, and rigorously grounded, aligned with the 8 ICF core coaching competencies.
This pathway develops with Heart and Science what the ICF Coaching Level 3 demands most: awareness, precision, and maturity.

What you will learn
